At Rock ’n’ Roll Camp for Girls (“RnRC4G”) we understand your concerns about online security and privacy. Our goal is to ensure that your personal information remains secure and your privacy is always respected. This policy outlines RnRC4G’s steps for protecting the information you choose to share with use. Protecting your privacy is of the greatest importance to us.
We do not sell or rent your information to any outside parties. Occasionally, we send promotional emails to subscribers, volunteers, or donors. We may use any personal contact information you provide to us to send you appeals for donations, upcoming programs and events, and other invitations and notices.
We request personal information from you (which may include name, address, telephone number, email address, and your age when you apply for camp, when you sign up online to volunteer, when you request to receive communications from RnRC4G, and when you donate to RnRC4G.
When you donate to RnRC4G, whether online, by mail, or on the phone, we ask for your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment method. If you pay by check, we keep a photocopy of your check. If you pay by credit card, we record the transaction, but we do not store your credit card number anywhere on our website. We also maintain pertinent information about you and your gifts in a secure database, including but not limited to gift amounts, dates, payment types, and any special gift terms or conditions.
We may track, collect and analyze anonymous site traffic information in aggregate, such as statistics of which areas within our website our users visit. When you visit the RnRC4G website, our server may also collect your Internet domain and IP address. We use this information as anonymous aggregate data that helps us develop and monitor our performance and track trends and statistics to improve your site experience. We do not combine anonymous information about your site visit with your personal information.
As necessary, we need to share your information with trusted third-party companies that assist us in managing our operations and accepting online donations. For these purposes, we may transfer information between RnRC4G and our preferred service providers who use that information to conduct RnRC4G business. For example, they may handle RnRC4G’s credit card processing, email distribution, information analysis, and promotions. We provide our preferred service providers with the information they need to perform their services and ensure that they protect your information at a level consistent with our standards. We require that third parties hold this information we provide in the strictest confidence.

A child under age thirteen (13) can submit individually identifiable information without parental consent because RnRC4G is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that is exempt from compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Nevertheless, privacy of children is important to us. All the provisions of this privacy policy apply to all users of the site, including children under the age of thirteen.
A parent whose child under age thirteen has submitted information can contact RnRC4G at rnrc4g@girlsrockcamp.org and review his or her child’s information and ask to have it deleted, but this may result in termination of website services to the child.
RnRC4G will not provide parents with notice of material changes in this site’s collection, use, or disclosure of information. Please see further information regarding “Policy Changes”, below.

If you have unsubscribed from any RnRC4G communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production. Also, if you request your registration information be deleted or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about donation transactions or inquiries for future service and record keeping purposes.
In the event that RnRC4G or Girlsrockcamp.org is sold, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your information may be one of the transferred assets.
